Responsible for managing an infrastructure project that entails substantive civil works associated electrical and mechanical works, as well as procurement of related equipment and machines. Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the project and provide services to the partners and beneficiaries as per the project.
The project includes the design, and construction of a Customs lab and a refrigerated warehouse, as well as the procurement and installation of all related machines, lab equipment, furniture, and office equipment.

Resolving unexpected technical issues and other problem that arise at site.
-Managing day to day site activities including monitoring and supervising the labor force and the work of the subcontractors.
- Ensuring that the work performed and material used at site are as per specification and drawings respectively.
- Liaising with client representative, subcontractors and other professionals staff
- Ensure the proper implementation of construction work within the pre-agreed timescales.
- Supervising the work of General Foremen and ensuring the adherence to full compliance with all relevant standards (Contract documents, specifications, method statements, policies and procedures).
-Maintaining and updating data collection systems, providing standard reports as necessary to ensure that Project Management has the necessary up to date information and data to effectively manage the project to meet its objectives.
-Supervising contracted staff and ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales and liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff on construction matters.
- Developing periodic reports related to the activities of the department.

with MID Contracting Company since November 2010 to till July 2013 at Eshidya project of building Phosphoric and Sulpheric acid plant(80 km east of Ma’an). Estimated Project Value =640 million $ .with several duties, some of them include :
* studying construction drawings, documents and its updates in terms of construction methods prior to construction and communicating them to construction team (foremen, surveyors, labors).
* studying construction schedule and project budget with constant review to ensure working within their limits
* execute works according to proper construction methods with the optimum output of labor
* distributing labor with optimum numbers to ensure executing of works according to priority.
* coordinating with consultant/supervisor for the inspection of work stages after being inspected internally to gain his approval on the check list.
