Responsibilities
Supplier audit & improvement. Create & give approval to issue SMV for all processes. Improved tools & machine and production processes Applying (5S - 5D) for the factory to rise up quality and save labor safety & save environment and get the result effect on processes SMV. Modifying Manufacturing Processes for all processes. Modifying products & lead cost reduction projects. Modifying production environment. Prepare of instructions for technical issue of all materials & supplies and production processes. Design and Develop Suitable Jigs & Fixture for all process in plant.
Design and Develop Suitable handling container for all process in plant to increasing Product quality & save parts from any damaged or scratch that to be affected on Product quality and Make sure that is Handling are easy& ergonomic. Introducing and approving amendments to the product for supplies and materials and documenting them with R & D. Study the needs for the development or modernization of measuring and inspection devices necessary for production and quality.
Review the monthly reports of the Department of Quality Control and implement corrective actions to solve the problems of product quality. Studying customer reports and complaints from the service center and export sector, analyzing faults and their causes and taking corrective and preventive measures to overcome them in coordination with the quality control department and all concerned departments. Follow-up to the annual design and development plan, implementation and also design and development plan every three years and implementation. Providing all Egyptian and international standard specifications for product and following up on its updating and issuance. Study improvement or developments to solve the problems of the product and develop it and adopt the procedures for approving and adding them and documenting the product file, and follow-up implementation. Follow-up suppliers and approval of specifications and engineering drawings. Approved on Specification of measuring and inspection equipment for production and quality. Issuing and updating the necessary operating instructions for production operations according the changes in all production processes. Activate the principles of Lean Manufacturing and participate in the implementation projects in the production processes and training and continuous inspection to ensure continuity and stability in implementation. Responsibility of updating and issuing the layout of the plant, as well as all sections of the factory and all production processes. Reducing the cost of products for supplies and materials. Studying export requirements for inclusion in the design and development plan. Participating in the NCR Committee for Materials and Supplies and the complete product. Adoption of the PDP Development Plan. Adhering to safety, occupational health and environmental regulations. Participate in the identification and assessment of environmental and environmental hazards. Identify solution for the improvement of the existing manufacturing processes focusing on productivity and labor efficiency by Improve work station design. Create & Modifying plant layout.

Responsibilities Mechanical Maintenance in hot rolling mill, preferably heavy section mill/ medium section mill. Preventive and corrective maintenance of Heavy / Medium Section Mill Equipment Routine maintenance & inspection activities for equipment including materials & supplies. Experience in leading the team of senior technicians to carry out the maintenance and trouble shooting. Assemblies of equipment of Heavy section Mill like mill drive transmission, conveyors, shears, hot saw, hydraulic and pneumatic actuators, etc. Familiarity with international engineering standards and proficient in reading Engineering Drawings. Responsible for Design & technical section for design new part or modified current part with 3D Design program Understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, centralized oil and grease lubrication systems
