Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, motivate and energize 7 managers, 8 supervisors and 425 labors while managing all operational aspects of 3 Plants including but not limited to Production, Maintenance, Purchasing, Warehouses, Quality Control, Planning, HSSE, HR, Finance, IT, and Projects.
• Ensure compliance to all schedule for machines and facilities and assist in installation of all equipment.
• Administer all financial functions and prepare all required budgets and forecasts as per required budget.
• Ensure optimal level company performance and assist to design all continuous improvement activities and maintain process control.
• Provide support to all manufacturing activities and prepare cost/profit plans for operations.
• Ensure adherence to all timeframe and budget in addition, assist to maintain all buildings and equipment.
• Assist operation team to implement all business goals through appropriate lean manufacturing methodology.
• Ensure achievement of all customer commitments as per the S&OP plans. Moreover, achieve all internal business metrics.
• Develop key performance indicators for the plants in accordance with the business and operations strategies.
• Remain in compliance with facility ISO standards and all HSSE guidelines.
• Acting COO rules for 7 months; participate in set up Annul Budget and Goals of the Operations for 7 plants; manage all operation activities with Operation Team; prepare monthly priorities and reports and participate in all meetings of Top Leaders and Boards.
Major Career Achievements:
• Participate in successful two relocation projects by shutting down a plant in USA and a plant in Dubai and shifting them to Saudi Arabia with 100% results.
• Managed to achieve exceptional results in annual balance scorecards-KPI’s and reduced annual manufacturing overheads expenses for the past five years.
• Led successful expansion projects and increased the production capacity by adding 3 extrusions lines, and 38 looms.
• Participate in installing and running equipment for new business added on current ones: Fleecing and Open-End Spinning.
• Effected a development saving project plan, which will enhance the efficiencies of production and layout of the plant. Furthermore, it saved 30 million SAR within 2 years.
