Nasser Al-Otaibi

Plans, organizes, controls, directs and manages integration and execution of F 15 Aircraft nondestructive inspection (NDI), weight and balance, oxygen operations, egress operations, fuel servicing and engine shop operations. Establishes policies and procedures for the organization which are consistent with those established at higher levels and continually monitors operations to ensure conformity and compliance. Analyzes workload responsibilities of the organizations and makes necessary modifications to ensure adequate capabilities are maintained to carry out assigned functions. Coordinates with all other division offices (Scheduling, Planning, Production, Quality, etc.) in planning and organizing to meet current and future requirements and to obtain feedback on effectiveness of the organization.
Develop training system for the company to ensure that all employees are qualified and skilled. Created training records for each specialty and individual.
