• Auditing Meetings and conducting site inspections.
• Preparation of Monthly and Quarterly Progress Reports.
• Coordination with the related Agencies and Authorities.
• Selecting the site representatives and the supervision team.
• Evaluating Subcontractors abilities to conduct their parts of work.
• Work programs.
• Shop drawings and design changes.
• Monitoring and assisting site supervision stuff.
Project Name: “Supervising the construction of Wadi Musa Pump Station Bridge, and the construction of the road from Al-Baida to Wadi Musa treatment Plant”
This project is consisting of two sub-projects, the first project is constructing a bridge from the main street to the pump station in Wadi Musa, The second project is constructing a road from Al-Baida area to the treatment plant in Wadi Musa also, with all related works such as slope protection, gabion, box culverts, pipe culverts, …etc.
Duties: Site and Material Engineer.
Project executed was reconstruction of a highway expanding over 56 km from Abha to Jezan, drinking water network to the adjacent villages, rainwater drainage sub-system, 38 box culverts, 5 multi span prestressed concrete bridges, gabion, slope protection, earth works, guard rails, newjersy, irish crossings, ...etc. Value of the project is around 100 million SR.
Responsibilites:-
• Technical and financial administration
• Letters and site memos to the Employer and the Engineer
• Auditing Meetings and conducting site inspections
• Coordination with the related Agencies and Authorities
• Evaluating, monitoring and supervising subcontractors’ abilities to conduct their parts of work
• Preparing and/ or reviewing work programs, shop drawings, progress payments, and as built drawings
• Organizing the work teams to follow up with the quality control procedures
My duties during this period were enormous, but the main position was Technical Manager in which the following duties were assigned to me:
