RED was formed and inspired by ‘new worlds of marketing’, as an innovative
solution provider agency, being one of the firsts to cater to true ‘experiential
marketing’ and ‘brand architecture’ services in Middle East.
Grew startup from 150k$ capital investment in 2006, to estimated NVP of 12M$ equity
2015.
From inception phase to management and growing the business portfolio of RED,
coaching and supporting a team of 17 individuals (10 dedicated and 7 on free-lance
basis) ranging from brand architects, production managers and business managers.
Recruited, trained, coached and supervised the team members
Leader in pitching against multinational firms and successfully obtaining new
businesses amongst key blue chip players in the market. Such as
Project and accounts management handling projects from brief up to execution phase.
Working closely with clients, and all teams in order to ensure smooth operations and
work flow for all projects and campaigns.

Ogilvy Dubai Set up and headed the department Ogilvy Below: developed the vision,
mission, structure, processes, best practices, and the annual budget plans and
objectives for the department. Supervised the function.
Recruited, trained, coached and supervised the teams and different function heads.
Fulfilled the regional business director role on British American Tobacco business ( 20
million USD marcom budget), overlooking 14 markets, and managing a team of 35
people.
Developed yearly business strategic initiatives for 7 global brands, across MENA,
ensuring these initiatives and protocol are fulfilled and actioned by the various
markets.
Selected to be one of the ‘Innovation champions board’ for British American Tobacco
key focus on innovative product solutions and new visionary communication trends,
pricing and packaging strategies.
Budget management, PNL unit control and financial forecasts and KPI settings across
all functions.
Lead the yearly and bi annual market plan review meetings, covering brand initiatives,
competitive scene analysis, and innovative pilot idea review per market.
