Key Responsibilities:

•Manage the operational strategic plan.
•Control and Reports directly to the President. Assists all quality control personnel. Directs quality related activities with delivery, stores, Purchasing and Customer Service within delivery processes.
•Plan and develop systems to improve the operations quality.
•Coordinate and implement solutions.
•Direct staff in the development, and preparation of (KPI) reports.
•Make sure all the staffs are transported safely and timely to the place of work.
•Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures.
•Coach and provide career development advice to staff.
•Coordinate with HR for appropriate staffing levels.
•Monitor on the freight orders.
•Monitor on purchasing requests.
•Responsible for routing outbound freight to assure delivery as required continually enhance and develop the transport operation
•Following the stores organizations, and the daily plan.
•Following the database updates of the transfers, returns, replenishments.
•Manage to refill the empty areas in stores.
•Following the stores safety structures, active role in promoting and ensuring safety guidelines are followed within the policies and procedures.
•Following the daily delivery and Installation plan.
•Control all processes, Receives and inspects external packaging of all incoming shipments. Notifies delivery personnel of any apparent shipping damage and proceeds accordingly. Reviews incoming packing lists and logs and routes to receiving inspection area
•Following the department daily, weekly, monthly database and making report for overall deliveries on monthly basis.
•Taking care of the company maintenance.
•Taking care of the security and cleaning matters.
•Giving full supports to customer service and other departments.
•Other duties as assigned.
