Job Description:
• Drafting and finalizing Outgoing correspondence to client and partners in conjunction with the Project Manager.
• Control of any incoming correspondence in conjunction with the Project Manager.
• Tracking of all submissions of approval documents to client, follow up on deadline for response.
• Establishing filing and follow up on claims in conjunction with the Project Manager.
• Taking part in any meeting with client and sub-contractors and preparing Minutes of Meeting.
• Progress analysis and definition of countermeasures jointly with Vamed Engineering and sub-contractors in conjunction with the Project Manager.
• Establishing monthly progress reports towards the client and internally to Vamed Engineering in cooperation with team members.
• Maintaining the database for contract items concerning progress of work and invoicing.
• Coordinating logistics and shipments handling at the time of arrival to the designated project country.
• Carry out urgent translation for the required correspondences.
• Follow-up of legal matter with the company’s legal consultant.
• Managing and supervising project site activities in correlation with all technical departments.
Doha, Qatar (Site Office) - AL-AHLI Hospital Turn Key Project - Medical Equipment & Furniture - 240 Beds
Job Description:
•Coordinating and supervising site activities for suppliers, local agent representatives and daily workers and at the same time responsible for outgoing correspondence to suppliers and business partners.
•Responsible for the installation, testing and commissioning of all kind of state of the art medical equipment together with the client.
•Taking over pending works very proactively.
•Collecting and preparing the technical documentation for medical equipment items for the submission to the client.
