Training project assistant and technical translator. Worked on the translation between the language triplet Arabic<->English<->Portuguese.
Did PowerPoint presentation translation, manual translation, live meeting translations, and live instruction translation of defense equipment and machines manufactured and developed by the company and sold to countries worldwide.
Traveled to ME countries to carry out translations at the customers' premises to military personnel.
Planned, Configured, and Managed digital city projects where troubleshooting and maintaining connectivity, availability, and integrity of data of city halls and their subsidiaries, schools, hospitals, health clinics, and kindergartens were carried out and monitored. The security solution provided was using Sonicwall appliances for perimeter protection.
Network security monitoring tools such as the Sonicwall GMS were used to monitor the networks. Implemented Kaspersky Endpoint protection to protect the endpoints, PCs, and servers
Gave support for the City's wired and wireless network comprised of hundreds of Schools and Health Care centers spread throughout the city and its district in one of Brazil's biggest wireless networks. Part of the job was to secure the local networks with SW firewalls.
Inter-networking the Metro Network was done with best of class equipment and wireless backhaul radios.
Projects: Unify the backbone from multi-vendor to single-vendor.
Upgraded the multi-site radio network from 18Mb/s radios to radios of up to 200 Mb/s.
Plan and configure a GPON fiber network for the city's downtown street monitoring project.
• Administering the city of Campo Grande’s multi-site AD domain that contains 100s of servers (physical and virtual -multi vendor) citywide.
• Monitoring of servers in the Principal Data-center and the mini Data-centers in secretaries (such as the Health Secretary, Education Secretary, City Hall, Public Service Center and other smaller datacenters)spread throughout the city
• Configuring and maintaining the addressing structure of DHCP and DNS at various sites.
• Giving guidance and 3rd level support for the helpdesk and hardware staff
Implanted Projects:
• Automation of daily services using GPOs, batch Files and scripts for better domain

Did as well windows network management using windows 2000 and 2003
Switching technologies used ranged from Cisco to 3COM to Siemens-Enterasys.
Did the overall small computer company job from sales to computer and small lan support tecnician job. Later gave a course on Windows for Basic Level Users and later on computer repair. This was my first job in the computers industry.
In this period I took the MCSE Windows NT 4.0 course at Galaxy in Ramallah.

Courses were average level Cybersecurity courses with a gama of topic covered such as Offensive Security Web App Pentesting Intro to reverse engineering Intro to hardware hacking Computer Forensic Analysis Information security and Law Python programming for information security and etc.
