My role in this clinic is :
Testing of visual acuity, tonometry, lensometry, motility, pupil assessment, color vision, topography, automated visual testing, pachymetry, keratometry and sterovision, , IOL Master, occuscan, I trace, specular microscope, OCT, ultrasound A and B, Angiography
Obtains patient information, updates patient history and determines purposes of visit
examination, diagnosis of problem and prescription of treatment
Assists physician with examination procedures or minor surgery instruments), all under the supervision of Dr SMAILI

My role in this center is to get all the current crew or future commercial and military following eye exams:
1 - The examination of visual acuity.
2 - Examination of the visual field.
3 - Examination of the oculomotor balance.
4 - Color Test.
5 - Examining the stérioscopique vision.
My role is to support patients with strabismus, the oculomotor palsy, with amblyopia, rehabilitation of disorders and functional binocular vision, rehabilitation of visuos patial dyspraxias, the low vision and visual perceptual disorders.
With Prescription only, at first, my role is to check if the eye muscles do their work, if both eyes are able to operate at the same time and if the movements requiring any visual attention, are well executed. Then, depending on the balance sheet, I am setting up "plans" (rehabilitation, prismation, area, occlusion, ...) to try to improve or even eliminate this dysfonctionnement.My patients should be controlling every 15 days in order to have a better grip orthoptic charging.
The list of achievable by orthoptists acts, expanded the number of additional tests that can be performed and authorized orthoptists to perform virtually all imaging techniques and eye examinations such as:
• Examination of the visual field.
• Ocular Electrophysiology,
• Tonometry without contact.
• Optical coherence tomography (OCT).
• Corneal topography.
• Retinal Angiography, with the exception of the injection must be performed by a health care professional.
• The installation of lenses and to determine visual acuity and refraction, all under the supervision of an ophthalmologist.
1-Reeducation of children with strabismus and amblyopia .
2-detection and better treatment of all types of refractive ametropia .
3-Examination of the visual field.
