As Operations Manager (Kuwait)
•Directs in charge of opening the largest H&M store in the world 7020sqm in Kuwait Avenue Phase 1 in Sep 2018. Planned the store’s construction and operations from the ground up. Hires staff in this whole while adhering to all rules and regulations for business operations in Qatar and Kuwait.
•Serves as the primary point of contact for commercial store executions and visual store standards.
•Demonstrates exceptional multitasking talents and leadership to simultaneously open four large stores in this role.
•Oversees several project operations in this role, meeting with Project Managers on a regular basis while ensuring contractors are following construction plans.
•Collaborates with Store Owners, merchandise teams, IT staff, and additional groups to ensure successful store openings.
