Raw Sugar &Refinery Sugar Manufacturing .Responsible for Operation and Projects requirement to operate the plant efficiently &effectively in economically, from cane milling to Sugar bagging.
Responsible for Process, Plant &People administration .
Marketing BASF- Sugar Process & Water treatment Chemicals.
Identifying need customer and contact them for product description and application of product and advantages of my product in process in both process performance improvements and cost benefits.
Marketing water handling pumps.
Marketing of LG -RO Membrane,
Marketing Purolite resins.
Heading the Process department in Operation &Projects and operating plant efficiently & Effectively.In my Period My department has got Award 2 Times from Ministry of Energy Of Government of India in 2009&2013.
Good Quality sugar production.
Good Maintenance In Safety, Health &Environment.
Basically I have completed degree in Chemistry and completed the below mentioned education. Technical:AVSI(Sugar Tech). Academic: 1.Bsc(Chem). 2.MBA(HR). 3.PGDHRM 4.PGDBA 5.PGDIM. 6.DIM 7.TQM-Lead Auditor Course-IRCA-UK. 8.SAP-PP Module Configuration Program me Attended.
