Responsibilities:
Heading and managing the overall operations of the Structural Steel division.
Responsible to deliver the Structural steel projects / packages from conception to completion stage.
Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure goals and objectives are achieved.
Managing Employees and effective utilization of Resources.
Maintain relationship and Coordination with customers, vendors and other departments.
Ensure to deliver the project within the stipulated Time and Budget adherence to Quality and Safety standards.
Monitoring performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
It is a Mumbai based midsized organization involved in the construction of many Pre Engineering Buildings and Structural Steel and Civil composite Structures.
Responsibilities:
Heading and managing the overall operations of the Project Department.
Responsible to deliver the projects from conception to completion stage.
Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure goals and objectives are achieved.
Managing Employees and effective utilization of Resources.
Negotiating and Finalizing Subcontractors and Suppliers.
Oversee Project Budget & Schedule.
Organizing and Motivating Project team.
Coordinate internal resources and subcontractors for the flawless execution of projects
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Attending client meetings
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Responsibilities:
Planning, Directing and coordinating all accounting operational functions.
Oversee Project Budget & Schedule.
Co-ordination with internal & external agencies and oversee all aspects of the running projects.
Contacting potential clients to establish relationship, follow-up and meetings.
Involving in new project Tenders, Estimation and Costing.

Vendor evaluation, Finalization & Payment certification.

It is a 12 storied Structural Steel Composite Structure consist of 7, 500 MT of Steel. Scope includes Design, Connection design, Fabrication, Erection, Metal Decking & Fire Proofing works.

‘Intel Office Building SRR3’ - Bangalore, India.
It is a 10 storied Top Down construction project consist of 4, 500 MT of Steel. Scope includes Shop drawings, Steel Fabrication, Erection, Metal Decking & Fire Proofing Works.
(Project completed in 2 months ahead of Schedule and well within the Budget)
‘Metal Box’ - Mumbai, India.
It is a 40 storied High rise Composite Structure consist of 3, 000 MT of Steel columns & Out-rigger trusses. Scope includes Steel Shop drawings, Fabrication, Erection, Metal Decking & Fire Proofing works.
‘Altair Colombo Residential Tower’ - Colombo, Srilanka (Off Site)
It is a 68 Storied High rise composite Structure consist of 2, 000 MT Floor beams, Dia-grid & Out-rigger members. Scope includes Shop drawings, Steel Fabrication, Erection, Metal Decking & Fire proofing works.
Projects handled:
‘Fourseasons Hotel Ball room Expansion’ - Mumbai, India.
It is a 4 storied Structural Steel composite building expansion project consist of 500 MT of Steel. Scope includes Connection design, Shop drawings, Fabrication, Erection, Metal Decking, Fire Proofing & RCC/Civil works.
‘Mumbai International Airport - Hangar’ - Mumbai, India.
It is a 30m height & 150m unsupported span structural steel roof structure. Scope includes Design, Connection design, Shop drawings, Fabrication, assembling of steel structure over temporary towers, erection of secondary steel & Roofing works.
Projects handled:
‘BWE-2X487t/hr Boiler structure’, Gujarat - 3, 000 MT of Structural steel supply & fabrication project.
‘Marathon Futurex’, Mumbai - It is a 26 storied structural steel composite structure.
‘Trump Tower’, Mumbai - It is a 65 storied structural steel composite building (Suspended)
‘Khtau Mills’, Mumbai - It is a Two storied structural steel office building.
Responsibilities:
Co-ordination with internal & external agencies and oversee all aspects of the projects.
Developing detailed project plan, monitoring & tracking
Review & compiling of Project Progress Reports and monitoring productivity rate.
Managing Delay Events, Change Orders and Variations.
Inventory control for Tools & Machineries
Vendor evaluation, Finalization & Payment certification
Preparation of Project submittals & Construction Method statements.
Creating presentations for Business Development.
Over all Engineering coordination for the project ‘New Doha International Airport project - Qatar’ which consist
of 30, 000 MT of structural steel, scope includes connection design, detailing, temporary engineering, Fabrication
& Erection.
Responsibilities:
✓ Overall Engineering Coordination between Design, Detailing & Project site team.
✓ Clarifying internal queries & Raising RFIs for insufficient inputs.
✓ Maintaining RFI log, Hold log and Claim Register etc.
Additional Responsibility:
Preparation of complete set of ‘Erection Method statement’ document with detailed sequence sketches for Tender
projects from India, Malaysia & Dubai.
Projects Involved:
➢ ‘The Burj Khalifa’ - World’s tallest tower.
➢ ‘The Dubai Mall’ - World’s largest shopping mall. It deals with 15, 000 MT of structural steel roof structure.
Responsibilities:
✓ Leading the Survey Team and roles includes generating coordinates, checking Survey works, offering client
inspections, Preparing and maintaining Survey reports & As-built reports.
✓ Crane study, Logistic study and preparation of ‘Erection Method Statements’ with detailed sequence sketches
Projects Involved:
‘International City’ at Al-Awir, UAE. It involves 18, 000MT of structural steel works.
‘Marina Crown’ at Dubai-Marina, UAE. It is 55 storied 200M height composite structure.
‘Chelsea Tower’ at Dubai, UAE. 100M height steel structure over the 200M height Tower.
‘Sky Dome’ at Dubai, UAE. 4, 000MT heavy structure lifted by strand jacking.
