Corporate Sales, Telephone Sales, Hotel Bookings, and Travel Documentation (Visas, Passports & immigration enquires), Ticket related Accounting, Group reservation, Sales analysis and Public Relations for a leading company sub contracted to Carlson Wagonlit Travel. Presently, Supervise and responsible to ensure the movement of all duty personnel (US Army, Navy, Marines and Air force) from specific US Military Bases through the middle east to their required destinations. Customer’s service is one of my main job descriptions as I lead, supervise, coordinate and manage over 650 passengers outbound in a day with a team of 25 members.
Co- ordination of day to day air freight Import and Export activities in the department; Collections of delivery Orders, Notification of clients of arrival and delivery status of Cargo and Smooth functioning of all clearance jobs undertaken. Responsible in providing important information to the various Departments such as pending credit invoices, customer’s information and airline updates.
Currently persuing a Bachelor's Degree in Jornalism & Mass Communication.
