Currently working as a Recruitment Consultant on a finance desk
I currently recruit high volume Store Managers, Assistant Managers and Operations Managers for the Co-Operative
We find the candidates, telephone interview and run assessment centre days across the UK
Working alongside my team we have KPI's to hit for offers and are consistently working with a big workload of around 50-60 vacancies each
At CVS I recruited high volume Business Development Executives both office and field based for all our 3 offices - London, Manchester & Bristol
This role involved lots of head hunting and finding ideal candidates who worked for our competitors
At LBM I was recruiting Customer Service and Sales Advisors for our Manchester based call centre
We worked at around 50-60 hires per month
I was in charge of the whole recruitment process including interviewing / assessment days / offers & certain elements of HR
This role was a full 360 recruitment role where I got my first exposure to the recruitment market
I worked my desk up with a mixture of both temporary and permanent placements
I enjoyed this role as it had the business development aspect as well as the candidate interaction
