• Ensure all targets are being met and event plans are being implemented when/as required,

• Perform evaluative analysis of selected resources and current market data
• Executed the development and implementation of all critical documents and training
documents and ensure staff are fully proficient and knowledgeable in event execution.
Main Project and Clients:
Koora Time - Qatar Shell and Qatar Football Association (QFA).
• Ran the overall 18-week program (since 2015) ensuring all the KPIs are hit,
• Develop, implement and manage Koora Time’s social media platforms, strategies and content
while performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
• Planned & executed events to promote the program (pop up pitches, national day, national
sport day, end of season festival & Amir Cup)
