- Execute numerous brand awareness campaigns and activations with budget responsibility of AED 300K+
- Develop, plan & manage the production of external marketing events ensuring that delivery is OTIF
- Manage the internal creative team through the development of advertising and promotions briefs according to country specific requirements
- Coordinate and execute the marketing strategies of four Business Unit’s pan MENA
- Review the marketing budgets of four business unit’s within MENA to ensure compliance to annual plans
- Lead the brand development process encompassing target market identification, content development & budgetary spend for the following clients: DEWA, Dubai Properties, Dubai Government, Abu Dhabi Municipality & Yas Island.
- Liaise with external marketing, publishing and PR agencies used for activation; agencies include ITP, weber shandwick, LOWE, Leocomm, and Mediafusion
- Develop, coordinate & implement internal advertising materials & related communication activities such as media conferences, summits, community events, campaigns and expos
- Develop and create media publications (key messages, media FAQs, speeches, and presentations)
- Develop marketing content (in English & Arabic) for internal and external communications including the corporate brochure, CEO biography, marketing proposals and internal newsletter
- Editor for internal regional communications newsletter (MENA)
- Manage social media presence and trend awareness
- Keep abreast of current marketing trends, online innovations, communication techniques and local media regulations
- Internal Communications coordinator for all business units within MENA
- Direct contact point with DIFC government offices for legal communications
- Liaise with internal management to understand communication needs and execution strategies
- Record expenditure and manage communications budget; prepare monthly budget reports for management
- Support the marketing manager to develop and implement the marketing and communication strategies, policies and processes.
- Assist in the design and production of marketing materials and various projects and programmes that are suitable for a diverse range of audiences including C level, internal staff and international partners
- Plan and arrange media relation activities, including official launch events, the writing of press releases and pitching news worthy stories
- Update and monitor company website and Facebook page.
- Coordinate and filter the appropriate and needed information between ward units and the communications team.
- Produce electronic newsletters for the hospital’s database.
- Identify and help develop new ways of promoting and enhancing the Hospital’s brand, image and reputation both on a local and national level.
- Work closely with the Communications Facilitation team to produce the hospital’s news boards and develop other forms of internal communications across the hospital.
- Work closely with key hospital staff and partners on the planning of both internal and external events on behalf of the hospital.
