Modeling and designing of the Service Charge Model that can be used
for the life time of the department;
Create and maintain data dashboards in Looker Studio for easy data visualization, analysis, and automated reporting;
Develop statistical models for data analysis, including linear regression modeling and predictive lead scoring, that effectively guide facilities management;
Automated the generation of actionable insights and trends over time from data analysis to inform the department’s future planning and budgeting decisions;
Coordinate the city beautification and landscape management;
Modeling and designing the city infrastructure (roads, roads infrastructure and street lights) management model than can last for a period of 25 years;
Credit management;
Move service charge collection from 0% to 62% within a period of 2 years.
A degree in applied statistics where I learn mathematical statistics, research planning, methods and data visualization, Statistical packages R, SPSS, SAS, Python, Java and C++, Statistical tests, distribution and regression, I learned on Time series analysis, data analysis, and Communication skills. During my study project I did a motorcycle research in Uasin Gishu County and analysis of data recommending possible remedies. Further, during my industrial research at Finlays Kericho I was involved in a out-growers research on best practices to improve production in their farms.
