Responsibilities::
• Maintenance & management of the Critical Windows based Server Environment.
• Working on Active Directory and controlling IT user accounts and Release management system.
• Managing databases, and handling multiple projects, System upgrades both at workstation and Server level. Maintaining up to date Antivirus levels on all machines across the Systems.
• Managing user accounts and giving share and security level permissions.
• Managing and monitoring of backups and providing maintenance support.
• Troubleshooting technical problems and implementing solutions.
• Supporting a multi-location IT infrastructure for several users.
• Timely analyze whether any repairs or replacements is needed.
• Investigating, diagnosing and resolve all network problems.
• Responsible for maintaining & sharing the network printers with static ip.
• Knowledge about WDS (Windows Deployment Services) & RDS (Remote Desktop Services) Server Administration along with backup & restoration management (Central Storage).
• Create Daily BACKUP report for all server (UNIX, DW H, SQL), and send it to the management. Create the daily Activities report of all Server of AS400 ( AS1, AS2, AS3 & AS4)
• Create the daily Activities report of all Server of AIX 6.1 & Data W arehouse (DW H) ( RS1 RS2, PETL, PBOS, DDW S DBOS, DETL) and send also it to management.
• Awareness about how to take the DAILY, W EEKLY MONTHLY and YEARLY backup.
• Awareness about how many kind of media using here for the backups.
• Type of Media ( Tapes Names )
• DDS-4 (4mm & 8 mm) For daily, weekly and monthly backup for server RS1 and RS2
• LTO1 & LTO2 for daily, weekly monthly and yearly backup for server AIX 6.1 and DW H.
• SLR and MLR for W eekly, Monthly and yearly backup for AS400 Server.
• Window Administration, User Problems, User Account on severs Storage and rights on server.
• Work on Printer connected with the server (Stand Alone).
• Implement Exchange Server handling and Troubleshooting. Handle the problem if we receive a request through by mail or supervisor from the vender / Client. Update the different software’s as requested.
• Work on Cisco Phone, Conference phone, projectors IP printers connect to the server and configuration the system
I am working in IT operation as a server operator. And also coordinate with SUN server data center.
• Server Administration along with backup & restoration management (Central Storage).
• Windows Administrator, also work on AS400 with the prepared UNIX commands and handle the all activities.
• Awareness about the critical problems of AS400 and AIX server, and also know how to resolve these problem.
• Create daily shift Handover data sheet and send it to the Upper KAC management for the daily activities and keep in files for ISO inspections.
• Create Daily BACKUP report for all server (UNIX, W indows, DW H, SQL), and send it to the management.
• Create the daily Activities report of all Server of AS400 ( AS1, AS2, AS3 & AS4)
• Create the daily Activities report of all Server of AIX 6.1 & Data W arehouse (DW H) ( RS1 RS2, PETL, PBOS, DDW S DBOS, DETL) and send also it to management.
