• Act as main focal point between the Customer and GE, leading the communication protocol between the two Companies and all the Parties involved in the execution of the CSA. Lead and support the Site team and the Local GE staff. • Supervise the application of admin, EHS, quality, maintenance and engineering policies/procedures. • Respond to Customer’s technical inquiries coordinating technical resources to assure a quick problem resolution.
• Assist Customer maintenance staff in monitoring the performances of covered units recommending any action to improve safety operations, Availability and Reliability. • Organize and conduct outlining activities and units performances (including RCA). • Plan and coordinate the implementation of the actions recommended by TILs. • Coordinate Field Service, Repair Service and spare parts delivery activities to meet the Contractual obligation. • Coordinate the review of the maintenance plan with the aim to optimize the Units reliability and availability. • Resolve with the Customer any unclear contract provision which may arise during the execution of the Agreement. • Coordinate all parties involved in Cross-P&L deals/projects, being the main interface with customer as needed.
• Identify areas of improvement to protect and enhance the project profitability, duly tracking any relevant change. • Drive Inventory and Past Due reduction, generate Contract Extra Works. • Responsible for managing all financial aspects of the assigned portfolio towards the business objectives: invoicing, collections, cost, sales and quarterly performance • Own data submission and timely completion of Contribution Margin Review (CMR) tollgates. • Own contract budget and insure execution based on budgeted/modeled costs • Work with GE tools, processes and organization in order to fulfill all the Contract obligations.
Worked as Mechanical Maintenance Engineer at “Fauji Fertilizer Co. Plantsite Goth Machhi”.I worked, both on stationary and rotary equipment of the plant.
I have got a chance to Conduct engineering analysis and develop cost effective solutions of complex problems related to the operation of centrifugal and reciprocating pumps, compressors, steam turbines, gear boxes, cooling tower fans and blowers. I use to perform analysis of major failures of critical plant rotating equipment. I Oversee performance/capacity tests of plant rotating equipment. I have basic knowledge of combustion gas turbine design, control, and operation. I have Good knowledge of maintenance reliability programs with an ability to deal with computer based management of relevant information. Conducting field performance tests for rotating equipment is also my responsibility including generating performance curves and develops correct solutions, if the curves are not within the manufacturer's performance curves. Writing professional letters, reports and memos for corresponding plant related problems to OEM.
Few of the important jobs that I have executed are:
•Inspection and maintenance of frame-5 GE Gas Turbines.
•Inspection and maintenance of steam turbines.
•Maintenance of centrifugal pumps, compressors & modern sealing systems, it includes DRY GAS SEALS and Mechanical seals.
•Overhauling of Liquid and Power Ends of reciprocating pumps and compressor.
My recently completed Assignments include;
•Major inspection and 2nd stage bucket replacement of frame-5 GE Gas Turbine
•Pre Arrangements and Execution of complete overhauling and HP Inner casing replacement job of 14 MW Steam Turbine (Nuvo Pignone Model: EHNK 40/36) during coming major Turnaround (Overhaul) of the plant - II.
•Overhauling of the 07 MW steam turbine (Nuovo Pignone make) during turnaround of the plant - I.
•Overhauling of Cooling tower Gear boxes and fans.
Worked as a junior engineer at NESPAK on “GHAZI BAROTHA HYDAL POWER PROJECT”.
