• Organize day to day management of the mall to achieve the highest level of Mall Management in the Region.
• Prepare for approval the annual business plan of the mall and once approved deliver the agreed target, monitoring performance monthly and developing where relevant the appropriate action plans to correct variances.
• Maintain Excellent Communication with all tenants, be aware of the terms of their lease and encourage their compliance.
• Ensure smooth and positive relationship with the tenants, suppliers and contractors
• Collect all rentals on a timely basis and prepare monthly areas reports as required.
• Create marketing activities to increase the footfall.
• Prepare well in advance for the all events in the mall such as school holidays, summer holiday, Eid holidays, national holidays etc.
• Through awareness of the trading performance of tenants, anticipate tenant’s difficulties and work with the tenants to resolve them.
• Direct and coordinate the activities of staff and evaluate their performance.
• Investigate complaints, disturbances and violations and resolve problems following management rules and regulations.
• Inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment day by day to determine necessity of repairs or maintenance.
• Responsible for day to day Operations.
• Managing the security, safety, traffic, housekeeping, waste management and pest control of the mall.
