• Adequate Knowledge of Pipe Fitting & Valves Such as Alarm Check Valve, Get Valve,
Butterfly Valve, Check Valve, Isolation Valve (OSY), Globe Valve, Y-Steiner, Pressure Safety
Valve & Different Types Water Pressure Gauge.
• Installation & Commissioning of Fire Pump Such as Jockey, Electrical & Diesel Pump &
Different Type of Fittings.
• Pre commissioning, Testing & Maintenance of sprinkler & Deluge system.
• Calculation of pipe fittings & other material according to drawing & verifying material on
site.
• Keeps a Proper documentation for all activities, drawing & other necessary Papers
• All arguments materials, tools & safety equipment for worker & technicians
• Raising RFI (Request for Inspection)
• Fire Fighting system Schematic Layout, Sprinkler, Hydrant Layout, Layout of under
Ground Fire Water Line (RTR) Line
• Installation of fire pumps. Alarm check valve assembly
• Installation of Pre action system ( deluge valve)
• General knowledge of standard safety practices and procedures relating to building and lab.
• Good planning, organizing, and integration skills.
• Preparation of BOQ. HVAC
• Coordinated installation of the HVAC systems with the builder and other trades
• Installation of Plenum Box, grills, Diffusers, Fire damper, volume control damper, Louvers
• Taking Quantity of Duct, FD, VCD, MVCD, FCU, AHU, Split Damper, Acoustic etc.
• Installation of FCU, FAHU, AHU, Heat recovery unit, smoke fan, Pressurization fan, Exhaust
fans
• Assisting to CAD team for the preparation of shop drawing & as built drawings for
firefighting
• Site execution as per shop drawing, specification & schedule.

• Supervision of installation of PVC, CPVC, UPVC plumbing & final fixing of sanitary with
accessories
• Site execution as per shop drawing, Mechanical specification & schedule.
• Preparation of BOQ.
• Preparation of material indents for Plumbing / Firefighting materials.
• Co-ordination with sub-contractor and client.
• Inspection of all site execution work, Hydro testing, Gravity testing for Mechanical works.
• Procurement of materials as per the site requirements.
• Meeting /correspondence with client/consultant for development of good business relation
& Good co-ordination at site.
• Commissioning of system, preparing handing over documents and As-Built Drawings.
• Writing of project reports and specifications.
• Coordinating work with clients and other consultants.
• Closely monitor the MEP sub-contractors works.
• Visual checking of drainage pipe invert level with help of survey measurement.
• Arranging GI sleeve for required length and size for structural work activities.
• Installation of GI sleeves in wall and slab prior to casting. Request for IRE, MDS for PMC
Inspection.
• Supervision of Subcontractor Installation activities (i.e. Installation of embedded CI and
DI Pipes).
• Leak testing of air test and hydro pressure.
• Handing over of project.

• Prepare daily reports of work progress and man power utilization.
• Prepare weekly reports of the total spool erection, isometric weight installed, welded dia
inches of supports and joints and the remaining work front with the materials available.
• Co-ordinate with the sub contractors to achieve the targets and schedule set by the
planning.
• Issue the work permits ensuring SHE requirements.
• Conduct safety walk through in the site in co-ordination with the safety department on
weekly basis.
• Supervision of all piping works and ensures safety and quality standards of the client.
• Inspection and approval of all the QA/QC submittals of the subcontractor.
• Ensure that pipe supports, hangers and guides have been installed in accordance with the
piping drawings and the pipe support details.
• Supervision of workshop activities for pre-fabrication of associated piping work.
