I joined this organization as a customer service executive and served in the complaint management team for premium customers and was in a charge of providing solutions to VIP customers. This job role includes;
• Taking ownership on the complaints of customers who bring in higher revenue to the network.

• If the complaint is made at the front office help desk I have to directly meet the customer and make arrangements to sort the issue as quick as possible.

• If the complaint is made through the call center firstly have to call the customer and try to sort the issue, and if that doesn’t work then I have to visit the customer and give him the solution.
• Working together with the network team in order to sort out network complaints.

• Maintaining data bases of daily complaint and present statistics at the monthly management meetings.

• I was in charge of all Value added service complaints, after sale complaints, 3G Data complaints and bypass complaints.

• Also did training sessions to the call center staff in order to handle calls in a professional manner and also did the script for the official call center recording

Working for a credit card processing department. where we get scanned application from direct sales teams and we call the customers and do strict verification and also verify details about apps employment from their employers. Then do amendments on our systems and approve or decline the card. if any suspicious applications are seen we also do a a fraud check.
