Responsibilities:-
Schedule preparation, pre-planning and resource forecasting for engineering and other technical activities relating to the project.
Working collaboratively with Design, Purchase, operation and other internal Divisions.
Preparation of cost sheet, Execution plan, Technical and Commercial offer and BOQ for Tender submission.
Maintains project data base, entering and backing up data.
Preparation of Request for quotation for Equipment and material evaluation of vendor’s technical and commercial proposals.
Duties:-
Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management.
Develop & maintain a proper client relation and offer the solution and support for client requirement.
Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, resolving problems.
Prepares project status reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends, recommending actions.
Preparation of basic Design for ELV systems.
Preparation of Material Take offs (MTOs) and Equipment/Material requisitions.
Project management within cost and time constrained environments.
Understanding and ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and quality standards
Maintenance support, and preparation of Preventive maintenance procedure.
Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults.
Diagnosing breakdown problems.
Carrying out quality inspections on jobs.
Liaising with Operation, Client and other engineering and production colleagues;
Arranging specialist procurement of fixtures, fittings or components.
Controlling maintenance tools and equipment;
Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs.
Improving health and safety policies and procedures;
Working with specialist controllers, such as programmable logic controllers (PLC), SCADA which controls and Monitor machinery on factory assembly lines.
Writing maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning guidelines.
Ensuring there is continuous care of the machinery and equipment in case of breakdowns.
Responsibilities:
•Installation & Commissioning of Automation and Security systems.
•Calibration of Load cell Based Controllers, and Different Transmitters
•Preparing the Project BOQ and test Certificates.
•Installation and Commissioning of Electrical Panels and Instrument
