• Responsible for Processing Purchase Order for All Projects. Coordination for Purchase activities for All Projects. Coordination with Accounts for All Projects.
• Monthly Invoices. Billing for All Projects. Outstanding Follow ups for All Projects.
• Coordinating with Sub-Contractors.
• MDF & GRN Processing.
• Complete confidentiality of all company related information.
• Support the Company in out-of-hours emergency work, as required. To immediately report any potential dangerous situations to the Supervisor
• To undertake such other duties appropriate to the level and character of work as may reasonably be required within the Department / Service. Significant permanent changes in duties will require agreed revisions to be made to this Job Description.
• Required to attend training programs as necessary to meet the contract requirement and for personal development.
• Have a positive attitude and flexible approach to work demands ensuring that you carry out a professional service.
• Deal with emergency situations in a professional manner informing Supervisor immediately.
