 Establish and maintain the document control centre to manage all incoming and outgoing documentation for the Construction & Project management team, in accordance with the company’s Document control procedure as per ISO standard.
 Ensure and effective distribution system for both office and site documentation through out the organization. Coordinating with all Disciple Managers and site Engineers to cover their requirements with updated related documents and drawings.
 Providing documents the correct numbering and coding system to avoid any errors or duplicates reference number for all documents at site.
 Updating daily E-Transmittal and distribute the concern person for his reference regarding IFI, IFA, IFC void documents
 All drawings are stamped controlled once registered and revised drawings are stamped superseded and returned to the Drawing Controller for filing.
 Maintain the documents and drawings in the Document Control office under safe custody without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability.

• Hand over contracts to the client and Master Developers.
• Attending and filtering client’s phone calls and sending mails wherever necessary.
