Monitors food processes in each manufacturing facility to access microbial risks and microbial stability of products.

Studying outbreaks of food-borne illness and track the origin and spread of the illness to help prevent future outbreaks.
Developing sampling instructions, testing methods and reporting protocol. Communicates and coordinates efforts of outside laboratories.
Performs and reports trend analysis of laboratory test results and product failures.
Ensures each facility maintains accurate records of all results and procedures. Assures a high degree of accuracy in all test results obtained.

Assists in providing the appropriate responses to customer requests for pertinent product microbiological information.
Hygiene audits micro sample submissions and swabbing
Conducting the weekly GMP audits & supporting the factory with technical issues and will be involved in product trials.
Preparing the monthly report & reporting to the Quality Manager.
Performing organoleptic test on the raw milk.
Determination of Fat, CLR, SNF, Acidity of the milk sample.
Performing Methylene-Blue-Reduction test for all milk sample.
Standardization of milk tanks.
Culture preparation for curd production.
Performing Standard plate count and Coli-form plate count of water, packed milk, can rinse, swabs from milk tank.
Maintaining hygienic environment inside the dairy plant.
