Administering the overall functioning of power generation, HVAC & technical services. Monitoring adherence to quality standards for effective & quick rendering of facilities and ensuring compliance with statutory acts as well as rules & regulations. Facilitating anchoring on-site activities to ensure completion within the defined
parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output. To ward smoothly run daily basis operation like 66KV substation, T/F 66/11 KV, chiller condenser and evaporation set temperature, cooling tower operation, WTP (Domestic, RO, Softener) operation. Supervising infrastructure development entailing daily administration, maintenance of material at favourable terms. Performing negotiation with vendors; managing contracts for obtaining timely procurement of materials at favourable terms. To prepare and maintain compliance report on daily, monthly, quartile, & yearly basis. we maintain on daily basis Transformer 6.5MVA x 02 (66/11 KV), 2000KVA nos 03, 1600KVA nos-04. Services of DG, VCB, ACB, AC, Chiller, WTP & Tank cleaning. Services of lifts every month and then get it checked quarterly & yearly by third party. To supervise shift Engineers, Technicians work on allocated area & floors and to be ensuring that work is carried out to the standard as required by the client & as per scope of work. Operation& maintain of HVAC, AHU, TFA, cooling tower, 300TRx 3Nos, temperature, Log bookon daily basis. working out various requirements with respect to utilities & manpower monitoring overall operations for ensuring timely completion of task. Check job order & floor inspection round report work are completed with the time line. To prepare monthly base tracker details of total electricity that we received, used and lost, same is done for DG. To send clients electricity and dg reading in account on monthly basis for bill generation. To check and order material requirements. To solve clients basis Problems in time. Any minor & major problems discuss with team and escalate to client & office. Issuing work permit on daily basis according to work. Operation and maintain compressor 717CFM-2Nos(110KW), 569CFM 2Nos(90KW), 247CFM-2Nos(35KW).
To smoothly run daily basis operation like departments electricity load balancing, chiller condenser and evaporation set temperature, cooling tower operation, WTP (MGF, ACF, Softener) operation also STP. Check the all critical equipments parameters and noted. To prepare a rooster and handle the team according to the shift. To prepare and maintain compliance report on daily, monthly, quartile, & yearly basis. Following with AMC vendor and prepare review weekly report. To make PPM of pumps and panels on monthly basis. Services of DG, VCB, ACB, AC, Chiller, WTP & Tank cleaning. Services of lifts every month and then get it checked quarterly by third party. To supervise shift Engineers, Technicians work on allocated area & floors and to be ensuring that work is carried out to the standard as required by the client & as per scope of work. To collect and maintain the database of a new client and get their meter installed and handover to them. To check third party, DG stack, Drinking water samples, noise monitoring and ambient air monitoring. Check all records are maintained on regular basis. To check plumbing maintenance and attend daily basis complaints. To check Diesel and maintain registers on daily basis. Check job order & floor inspection round report work are completed with the time line. To prepare monthly base tracker details of total electricity that we received, used and lost, same is done for DG. To handle CCTV controls room. To note down reading on daily basis.

Conduct briefings on a regular basis. Arrange training program and attend with team as planned. Check all records are maintained on regular basis. Maintenance LT panels, DG panel, Common Panel, Lifts Panel ACB, VCB, Transformer, 11kv line. Following the payments for vendor and client. Check job order & floor inspection round report work are completed with the time line. Any minor & major problems discuss with team and escalate to client & office. Housekeeping and security duty shift rotating. Backup bill preparing. Issuing work permits and ensure the vendor follow the safety procedures while on the site
