Responsible to support Operations manager to lead office, work shop & field operations with Upstreams. Responsible forecasting & reporting monthly PL revenue.
Responsible to Report monthly PL revenue receivables R to R report(capturing monthly financial period for the invoiced & accruals of the product line) to record on financial statements closing month.
Use to prepare analysis using power query & power pivot tools for ongoing & completed orders assisting our operations manager forecasting upcoming & current month revenue projection.
Use to prepares drilling report analysis using power query & power pivot tools capturing data from the drilling reports received from Aramco DTD preparing competitor comparison analysis reports for day to day and quarterly break outs to measure movement of market competitors and drilling services along with KPI projection.
Responsible to do Job analysis using using power query & power pivot tools on the usage of PL business assets and personnel of the completed and ongoing operations forecasting on the usage for monthly, quarterly and yearly basis projecting on KPI.
Accumulating cost & recording charges on statements occurred during the service period & sending the same to clients.
Responsible to keep check on product line account receivable advising and assisting to invoice charges with relevant taxes for closing completed orders to meet the monthly invoicing target.

Responsible to keep check on Credit Memo and advising account receivables to issue CM with justification providing the root cause seeking approval from senior management & same to record.

Resolve promptly back log issues with seniors on payment & invoicing issue to close open orders.
Responsible to review customer documents like PO, order summary & all related documents before processing invoices & to follow up with customers to provide completing if any missing.

Responsible to l ead office & work shop operations(for service rental R&M) of Weatherford owned Hydraulic Drilling Performance Tools (JAR) with Upstreams. Scheduling Jobs as per the requirement upon PO and contract receiving. Leading workshop toolbox, JHA & work shop safety meetings on daily basis. Planning and discussing Upcoming & line up Jobs with the workshop supervisor & making sure that Jobs get ready on required schedule as per the customers' requirements. Responsible to manage the deadline for work completion with team members support also to cover all emergencies. Responsible for Prioritizing quality assurance as must on both work shop activity & office documentation. Responsible to preparing Order Quotation. Ordering Inventory from both local and international purchase. Provide root cause analysis (with the help of Materials Manager and Planners/Shop Floor leads and Managers) to ensure inventory accuracy. Responsible to managing Asset & Inventory of store and shop by submitting Weekly & yearly physical count resolving the system generated count variance. Communicate via E-mails and calls with Inventory Assistant Manager & Manager to obtain additional inventory as necessary Inventory redeployment through system approval and requests. Sourcing Inventory & ordering from our manufacturing units or from outside local & international market. Research suppliers to determine which one fit company pricing and quantity objectives. Transferring and sourcing Inventory & Assets from other country bases via redeployment. Work with local management and finance to identify Slow Moving and Obsolete Inventory and act as a catalyst to process the necessary paperwork & routing approval via system for transfer and dispose of the items. Auditors’ pool performance management, including corrective action and improvement plans implementation at the request of Operations Manager, assists with Cross-Applications for Inventory Adjustments. Responsible to perform Annual Inventory and Asset count. Performing Weekly Cycle Count for store and shop Inventory. Responsible to Maintain the tool Utilization reports. Inter-company & Intra-company revenue recognition, accruing charges and submitting to account receivables for invoicing. Assist with office management all activities including department employee annual vacation, course completion awareness & assisting to complete etc. Perform administrative activities and take on project work as assigned by the Operation and PLM's.
