Safety Officer:
• Investigation of all Accidents, incident / Near misses / Spills / Fires to find the root Causes and recommends corrective actions.
• Conduct hazard identification, Hazard analysis risk analysis, risk assessment and job safety analysis
• Create safety awareness by promoting safety meetings, presentations, and open forum discussions and by implementing safety training. etc.
• Maintaining General information report, Hazard condition & other requirements like equipment needs for first aid, and ppe’s, etc.,
• Assisting the Management with devolved responsibilities in identifying legal or other OH&S requirement specific to their activities and for maintaining an accessible database of such information
• Maintain records of Fire Evacuation Drill.
• Maintain Register of all incidents: major and minor accident, dangerous occurrences (Near Miss) and Spills
• Controlling risks
• Documentation and making procedure and policies regarding safety, health and environment for institute regarding OHSAS 18001.
• Take preventive action against accidents and near miss.
• Conduct surveys regarding HSE. To for progress.
• Developing Standard Operating Procedures
• Maintains and implements
 the site Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) plan
 firefighting plan
 Emergency evacuation plan.
 Emergency response plan.


Radiation Protection Officer (RPO):
• Achieve and Produce approval every kind of Document regarding Radiations.
• Consult and conduct government and other authorities regarding Radiation safety.
• Maintain Data for Nuclear gauges.
• Prepare and implement Radiation Protection Plan beside Radiation Emergency Plan at storage areas and at sites.
• Maintain Dosimetry and its related documents.
• Annual health checkup for radiation workers.
• Maintain the Nuclear Gauges
• Maintain the vehicles for Nuclear Gauges Transportations,
• Arrange and produce the temporary storage for nuclear gauge in case of emergency at the site.
• Make sure the warning signs are posted at appropriate places and at the vehicles.

Administration, Documentation

• Produce and draft documents regarding dealing with other business organization.
• Control specific documents.
• Produce and manufacture reports and forms for company’s business relations.
• Furnish business relations with competitor companies.
• Be involved in staff training and development, the preparation of job descriptions, staff assessments and promotions
• Prepare annual estimates of expenditure, maintain budgetary and inventory controls and make recommendations to management
• Supervise customer services and respond to customer inquiries
• Issuance of gate passes
• Keep the utility bills clears and keep their track record
• Maintain the house.
• Maintain the machinery, electric wiring and structure
• Run the self-assessment program and SOP

Supervise Chemical, Physics and Biology Laboratory

• Supervise all Practical and activities according to Syllabus of Board of Secondary Education Karachi, Board of Higher Secondary Education Karachi, General Certificate Examination Cambridge University, and Agha Khan University Board Karachi.
• Prepare, obtain and produce and also keep maintain the reagents.
• Maintain physics lab and its apparatus.
• Maintain models, specimen, charts and reagents,
• Formulate science activities interactive and innovative
• Keep records of activities, apparatus, regents, accident and communication.
• Generate reports monthly and annual basis regarding activities held at laboratories and HSE.
• Help students and teachers in their science projects
• Require the quotation for lab apparatus, regents and other materials.
