JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AS PER OCCUPATIONAL EXPERIENCE:
General
•Reporting to Safety Manager of the company.
•Conduction regular HSE meetings with Engineers and Management.
•Induction training for new employees, Ensure that all accidents/incidents including first-aid cases, near miss and fires reported immediately to Managers/ client representative in accordance with the provisions contained in this project-specific loss prevention program.
•Maintains accident log recording of all patient accident information.
•Assure all the personnel work within the guidelines of appropriate safety rules and regulations.
•Perform daily inspection to make sure the minimum requirement of loss prevention program are met and ensures that proper safety equipment is at the necessary location.
•Conduct safety inspection on daily basis, Motivate employees to work safely.
•Conduct safety meeting every week and ensure that all employees including engineers are attending the same schedule.
•Supervising all construction activities and providing technical inputs for safe methods of construction.
•Health and safety environment coordination with site Management.
•Preparation and review of risk assessment job safety analysis, and toolbox meetings.
•Make necessary work permit whenever to begin the job.
•Before leaving the job site, make sure that all unfinished job such as open pit, overhead and other must have safety precaution of signboard and safety tape.
•Reminding all workers that the safety in the best policy and to target zero accident.
•Monitoring the safety Requirements for the project site.
•Record the Weekly and Monthly Man-hours.
•Maintain the record of Valid certified Crane Operators, Riggers, Boom truck and Drivers.
•Vehicle safety inspection carried out on weekly basis
