Responsibilities

•Supervision of all Time Office related activities.
•To verify all payroll transactions on the SAP to ensure accurate and timely disbursement of salaries.
•To provide monthly payroll data to salaries department.
•To maintain EOBI & Social Security record of employees.
•To prepare pension cases of retired employees.
•Active involvement in recruitment process of employees and apprentices.
•To keep personal files of employees Up-to-date.
•To calculate annual payments i.e. Annual Bonus, Productivity Bonus, leave encashment and LFA.
•To ensure that all records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and Company’s policies and procedures.
•Submission of all statutory returns i.e. Monthly Return of Apprentices & Annual Labour Return
•To calculate monthly man-hours of all staff
•To prepare monthly Absenteeism Report
•To calculate monthly extra/Gazzetted overtime report
•To issue Attendance Card
•To issue Service/Experience letter to employees
•To conduct written test of new candidates for recruitment
•Active involvement in the process of annual increment working
•Hiring, Leaving, Promotions, Increments of employees in SAP System
•To deal with Health Insurance Company for employees medical claims
•To submit Notice of Occupation in Labour Department
•Registration of Apprentices with RDAT under Apprenticeship Ordinance 1966

•To maintain Hygiene Card of employees in Form F.I under Factories Act.
•To maintain Inspection Book in Form C (Rule 9) under Factories Act.
•To maintain Employees Welfare Fund (EWF)Record and to issue cheque
•To take roll call of Assembly Point no. 7 in case of fire call
•To arrange balloting of Haj, Laptop Loan, Motor Cycle Loan, Education Assistance
•To verify employees eligible for WPPF
•To submit annual payment of Education Cess to Social Security Department
•Active involvement in Family Get Together arrangements
•To maintain Higher Education & School/College Scholarship record
