- Analyze payment behavior in the portfolio and recommend policy initiatives
- Ensuring collection team is working efficiently
- Devise strategies to recover maximum amount out of risky accounts
- Coordinate with concern Relationship Manager to put extra pressure on risky customers and to recover the amounts
- Conducting field visits, Upfront and Random and regular quarter visits to determine portfolio health
- To streamline business and reduce portfolio volatility and working with business to weed out potential risks by applying core policy in coordination with Compliance and Risk to ensure clients on board meet bank's requirements.
- Conduct periodic reviews on controls; submit review reports and follow-up with the business for timely closure of any identified risks/issues
- Keep track of Audit observations and coordinating with the concerned departments to implement the recommendations / remedy any risks identified.
- Plan and budget total portfolio growth and profitability, tracking all KPIs and monitoring risk indicators as agreed and approved.
- Work closely with Credit Approvers in identifying process improvement and enhancing services to the business.
- Provide advice and guidance on the maintenance of an effective business risk environment adequacy of controls.
- Develop and continuously improve an effective internal compliance culture by promoting the benefits of ethical business conduct and Compliance. Ensure that all documents for which the role holder is responsible are maintained as up to date
- Schedule periodic training on the assess key factors and monitor its effectiveness
- Support line managers by providing quality assessment for their decisions
- Develop and maintain daily, monthly and yearly periodic reports
- Explore and Analyze opportunities to cross-sell SME products to customer base by working closely with Asset and Liability teams

• Evaluate properties with assistance from surveyors and confirm authenticity of property documents.
• Inspect customer’s business operations to validate that they have a genuine need for financing.
