Monitoring 03 Sites and checking all activities.
Updating all sites supervisors regarding revised drawing & other necessary amendments.
Analysis for required materials & submission to the procurement manager.
Dealing with client & consultant for solution of problems occurred on site during execution.
Briefing to Colonel Staff, Brigadier & Major on weekly basis regarding the project.
Preliminary Layout before commencement of each activity.
Maintaining Progress of construction work according to time frame.
Supervision of all construction activities according to drawing and specifications to ensure quality.
Holding meetings with contractors Engineer to discuss issues and take corrective measures accordingly.
Review measurement of the work done for IPC certification.
Collection of contractor arranged materials for laboratory test before its use.
Meeting with contractor representative to accelerate face of work.
Preparation of Weekly Tentative Plan to achieve fruitful result in order to minimize time wastage.
Identification of problems and take appropriate action.
Daily Photography of the performing work for monthly presentation.
Notify Resident Engineer and stop the work if necessary to resolve matters that affect safety and quality of work.
Preparation of detail estimate and bill of quantity and analysis for K-span Buildings and RCC Structures.
Layouts for Electrical, Communication, Water Supply and Plumbing under slab utilities inside the K-span buildings.
Partition work layout inside the k-span buildings.
Supervision on the above mentioned activities to perform the task according to drawing and specifications.
Daily photography of the performed work to ensure quality control.
Checking of all type materials, fixtures and accessories, either they are according to approved and specified list before fixing and installation.
Preparation of Detail Estimate and Bill of Quantity for Sea huts, Hasco Barriers, Jersi Barriers and RCC Structures.
Layouts for Electrical, Communication, Water Supply and Plumbing under floor utilities inside the Sea hut.
Layout for Partition work inside the sea huts.
Supervision on the above mentioned activities to perform the task according to drawing and specifications.
Preparation of Detail Estimate and Bill of Quantity for Irrigation Channels.
Preparation of Detailed Estimate and Bill of quantity for Canal lining and aqueducts.
Supervision on the assigned zone, ongoing activities.
Communication with skilled staff and shifting important instruction to them regarding daily activities.
Deal with Consultants to check (R.F.I) before execution of an activity.
Preparation of daily progress report and all other engineering documentation related to the project.
To assist Assistant Resident Engineer during checking different portions, footing center to center distances, check dia, cut length and location of rebar provided in different portions of building.
Measurement of Construction materials such as coarse aggregates and fine aggregates.
Preparation of Petty Contractor bills.
