Maintaining a constant flow of inbound container receiving, staging, Sort & check and Binning operations.
Plan and control JIT (Just in time).

Handling Manpower calculation, allocation and productivity calculation.
Over Six years of professional organization experience in Supply chain operations encompassing Logistics, Inventory analysis and scheduling, Warehousing & Distribution in The United Arab Emirates. Proven track record in increasing efficiency of operations, cost saving, manpower reduction through creative Kaizens & ensuring compliance of various quality measures.
