after graduating from high school i started working for a huge retail business store as a customer service agent as full time and doing my IT degree at the same time during weekends.i was on my probation period for the first six months and was then hired as a full time employee. later became the team leader of 3.My main experience i gained here would be that i learnt and managed to handle a huge line of customers under a pressure.
