• Provided trainings to on-field teams relevant to project at hand and also responsible for allocating resources for the project
• Responsible for organizing and presenting team building workshops for the new employees.

• Improved the current research process flow by implementing project management methodologies and documenting every step to ensure it adheres to PM guidelines.

• Showcased event management skills in the pt Brand Pakistan Conference 2015 held at Jinnah Convention Centre Islamabad.

• Worked on various projects offered by DTCE, PPC, DAI, MC SAATCHI, USAID, PPC.

• Led evaluation & monitoring team for CSO's (Civil Service Officers) training workshop conducted by Ministry of Information and Broadcast in Islamabad.
