Generate distribution system of minimum/maximum of all brands according to its movements in all branches.
•To see the movements of stock on daily basis.
•To Categorized fast, medium & slow moving items.
•Re-organizing stock according to its movement.
•Distribution of new shipments to the allocated branches.
•Generating stock reports on regular basis.
•To support branches to enhance sales.
•To check the loss of sales items.
•To coordinate Supply chain managers to manage stock of different items.
To maintain stock order on daily basis
•To make good relations with customers to gain good sales.
•To keep up to date stock & arrange stock from WH if there is any shortage of any item.
•Preparation of spare parts & consumables orders as per requirement, ensuring the minimum balance is always maintained.
Distribution of shipment to the branches
•To check the sales reports
•To arrange local purchase items for the stores
•To workout the non-moving items where can sale it.
