To carry out and supervise Corrective, Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance of running process plant and shutdown jobs as well with the coordination of operations and other maintenance departments.
To ensures that all maintenance activities conducted within work plan procedures and with good engineering and industrial practices.

Install, maintain or repair, on site or in the workshop, a variety of electronic and pneumatic instrumentation.
Configuration, calibration and troubleshooting of conventional and HART compatible instruments and Control loops.
To maintain and purchase spares, Raise Purchase requisitions, Preparation of work orders handle the Work permits and attend service requests from Operations and other related departments and closing work orders as per actual man hours, and maintaining history record in CMMS Maximo IBM V7.1

I am a member of the team responsible for all activities related to the field Instrumentation and Control Systems, including Supervision, Documents review & Technical meetings with EPCC (Hyundai Engineering Korea) contractor for the installation, Loop Checking, Functional Tests, Site Acceptance tests of Control and SIS Systems and Commissioning of New Units, (Penex process) Isomerization unit, Preflash unit, (DHT) Diesel Hydrotreater, (SRU) Sulfur Recovery unit, Hydrogen Unit, Sour Water System, Amine Unit, Boiler House(Steam Generation System), Gas Detection System, Fire Alarm System, Compressed air system, Fuel oil and Flare system.
