Responsibilities include but not limited to
• Overall management of the Site activities and staff
• Monitor Daily site work execution if they conforming as per specification
• Monitors and reviews contractors construction schedules • Interprets contract
• plans and specifications to contractors and other project participants.
• Inspects and approves contractors work and assure adherence to contract documents
• Inspect delivery, placing, and curing of concrete and the placing of reinforcing steel
• Assures project's quality control and quality assurance standards
• Verifies acceptability of material incorporated into the project and maintains material and inspection records.
• Maintains a daily diary, photo log, contract item quantities.
• Performs and analyzes testing of construction materials, including concrete, soil, and asphalt
• Participates in contract claims and general claim avoidance.
• Coordinates with contractors and agencies about different tasks and projects
( Saudi Aramco security Up gradation Project)
Responsibilities included but not limited to
•Monitor Daily site work execution if they conforming as per specification
•Checking the work inspection requests for all adequacies
•Conduct site inspection along with the Site Inspector and verify by countersigning the RFI and checklist
•Report the find/discrepancies in the work and ensure the same are rectify
•Coordinate with safety department and ensuring site safety
•Maintain the field record of concrete, asphalt, FDT etc.
•Maintain RFI's log sheet & numbering
(Lawari Tunnel Project - Tunnel, access road, Flatform and utilities Work)
Responsibilities included but not limited to
• Ensuring the Specification and Quality Control on the Site
• Regular Site Inspection for quality and Progress
• Responsible for the Site safety and living Conditions of Contractor and Sub ordinate staff
• Assist with the preparation of variation order and Contract’s Claims (FIDIC)
• Responsible for communication amongst Consultant Engineers, Surveyors and Laboratory Staff
• Responsible for reliable communication amongst Contractor, Consultant, Client and Locals
• Issuance of FIN (Field Inspection note) in case of any non-conformance
(World Bank funded National Highways and other allied Works)
Responsibilities included but not limited to
• Ensuring the specification and Quality Control
• Responsible for Site inspection and reports
• Preparing Monthly Contract Administration Report
• Review and assessed work program supplied by the Contractor
• Assist with the preparation of variation order and Contract’s Claims (FIDIC)
Construction of housing colony )(Buildings, roads, sanitation, water supply)
Responsibilities include but not limited to
• Assist in execution of the Works
• Assist in preparation of bar bending schedule, work plan, work schedule etc.
• Assist in preparation of working methodology
• Assist in preparation of contractor’s claim
• Assist in in checking the quality and quantity of materials
