- Coach IWS/Lean Manufacturing techniques to drive operational excellence across
the organization
- Authority on leading gap analysis & loss elimination from the packaging processes.
- Manage the order to cash cycle to distributor & customers at optimal cost levels.
- Lead the shipments & sales forecast reconciliation process to drive actions across the value chain that will help deliver the monthly/quarterly targets.
- Delivering Service results for P&G Supply Chain at benchmark levels across IMEA region.
- Building Supply chain capability at distributor to deliver service levels targets for secondary distribution.
- Managing an optimal balance of the shipment skew to deliver operational excellence.
- Supply & initiatives delivery for the Gillette, Safeguard & Vicks Business in Pakistan.
- Drive inventory savings through NPI reduction/depletion across the supply chain.
- Lead the deployment of SAP APO DRP for China/Jabel Ali Supply Chains.
- Review & align capacities for sourcing plants & consolidation DCs.
- Manage the Inbound/outbound operations for 2 ports, 1 DC, 3 plants & 11 customer lanes.
- Deploying operational strategies with 3PL counterparts to help deliver Logistical KPIs.
- Lead budgeting & financial reconciliation process.
- Deployment of Transportation Management system at P&G Pakistan.
