Maintenance Planning Engineer
Key Result Areas:
• Develop Maintenance strategies and maintenance plans.
• Develop monthly and weekly maintenance plan / schedule for maintenance crew.
• Maintain master data of all equipment in assigned production plant.
• Provide data, statistics and analysis of maintenance performance parameters (Maintenance KPI) for continuing self-audit of department performance.
• Input completed work order, equipment data into SAP, maintain outstanding work order records, report work status, and equipment other data to ensure up-to date information and on-time availability.
• Control all plans and technical studies for equipment reliability to reduce equipment downtime and provide overall monitoring of work force utilization, spare parts and inventory optimization.
• Develop and update plans for all planned and unplanned shutdowns in assigned plant.
• Lead critique meeting after each shutdown and update lessons learned, implement the ideas as a part of continuous improvement.

• Holds the distinction of Power User for SAP - PM module.
• Recognized for implementing SAP master data changes for all HV electrical equipment’s across Saudi Kayan.
Planning Engineer
Key Result Areas:
• Development of Maintenance/ shutdown Execution Plan of various levels using various planning tools such as SAP and Primavera Project Planner.
• Development of various levels of resource and material requirement plan
• Project progress tracking and report generation.
• Development of S-curves and other resource curves.
• Development of recovery plans in case of backlogs in progress.
• Inventory and supply chain management though ERP (NAVISION).
Joined as Planning Engineer in the construction division of a leading ISO 9001:2000, ISO 18000 certified industrial services providing company, Al Suwaidi Industrial Services a subsidiary of Suwaidi Holding company (www.alsuwaidi.com.sa), Jubail Industrial city, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Under the projects awarded to this company to this company, I worked as
Project Engineer (Planning) for SAUDI ARAMCO LSPB project named UPGRADE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT at UDHAILIYAH a industrial and domestic wastewater treatment plant utilizing MBR(membrane bio-reactor) technology.
Lead Planning Engineer (E&I) for SAUDI ARAMCO LSTK project, REPLACE FIRE AND GAS DETECTION SYSTEM at YANBU REFINERY wherein non addressable outdated fire detectors were to be replaced by latest addressable fire detectors using fiber optic network and H2S and LEL gas detectors which were DCS interfaced.
Project Site Planning Engineer (E&I) in On-going SAUDI KAYAN PETROCHEMICAL COMPLEX (SABIC) a Subcontract construction project from DAELIM, Saudi Kayan is world’s second largest petrochemical complex wherein construction of POLYCARBONATE, ETHYL CARBONATE, DIMETHYL CARBONATE, DIPHENYLE CARBONATE Complexes was under the scope of Al Suwaidi Industrial Services.
Work responsibilities:
Development of Project Execution Plan (Activities, WBS, Resource allocation) in consultation with engineering & design engineers, project engineers, using Primavera Project Planner ver.3.
Development of various levels of Project execution and fine tuning plans for approvals from client.
Project progress tracking and reporting.
Development of S-curves and other analysis curves.
Development of recovery plans in-case of backlogs in progress.
Development of CSU activities and plans in coordination with operations start up team.
Trainee Engineer
