Develop, Implement and Monitor QHSE standard in organization.
Develop internal and external training plan for all levels of employees.
Develop internal audit plan and conduct audits for various process in the organization.
Liaise with external authorities for require certifications.
Reporting of QHSE performance to higher management.
Conducting Management review meetings, QHSE internal monthly meetings and participating in weekly operational meetings.
Conducting incident investigations and suggesting corrective and preventive actions.
Setting corporate QHSE target and objectives and monitoring the same.
Setting internal QHSE KPIs and monitoring the same.
Conducting periodic site visits to monitor the compliance.
Developing Emergency evacuation plans and conducting emergency drills.
Providing support to operation teams by advising as per the legal and standards requirements.

 Copying all health and safety related mails to H&S Manager
 Reporting major injury/fatality to the Site Manager by telephone call.
 Any health and safety violations related to senior staff is being forwarded to the Site Manager.
 Forwarding monthly health & safety activities reports to the Site Manager and H&S Manager.
 Preparing safe working procedures for various activities.
 Carrying out risk assessment and COSHH assessments.
 Preparing checklists for safety inspections, audits etc.
 Ensuring and maintaining first aid facility.
 Initiate Accident incident and near miss investigations
 Recording and Reporting the HSE findings to the appropriate function including top management
 Ensuring and maintaining emergency procedures & Fire precautions.
 Ensuring the provision and use Personal Protective Equipment(PPE)
 Ensuring the machinery safety and proper maintenance.
 Ensuring the provision of health and safety Induction to the work force.
 Arranging tool box talks to workers.
 Carrying out safety educational seminars to workforce on various health and safety issues.
 Providing training in emergency evacuation and basic fire fighting.
 Educating the workers in the company policies related to health and safety- drug /alcohol, medical policy etc.
 Educating the workers in safe working procedures.
 Installing suggestion boxes for employee feedback.
 Displaying safety promotional posters and signage.
 Maintaining Health and Safety notice board on site and displaying useful safety information for workers.
 Monitoring our subcontractor’s health and safety compliance which would affect our reputation and advising/taking action accordingly.

 Direct reporting to the Head of IMS on the matters of health and safety.

Identifying and eliminating various hazard involved in the work place.
Making daily reports regarding safety in the job site.
Conducting daily Tool Box Talk meeting and discuss safety Issues.
Conducting Safety Induction Program for new employees.
Making daily Routine Inspection at Work Site.
Keep record of All Safety Meeting. Keep record of Injuries, property damages, Fire.
Incident or Accident investigation and reporting.
Safety audit on site, instruction and training the company and contractor staff.
Display safety signs and symbols as pr requirement.
Weekly inspection of workplace fire safety.
Make monthly inspection of moving equipments and fire extinguisher, ladder etc.
Inspection of necessary work permit whenever to begin the job.
Setting of necessary safety precaution before starting any job.
Advising the workers for Chemical Hazards and use of proper PPE.
Closely observation to make sure that first aid facility and other welfare facilities are properly maintained
