• Responsible for designing, developing and managing overall policies for Information management in UNRCO.
• Responsible for delivering three systems One UN Portal, One UN M&E System and UN activities Information Management System.
• Responsible for Communication and Coordination with other agencies for Information Management.
Successfully managed the development of web bases M&E system using ASP.net with SQL Server with a team of 13 developers. Following are some key responsibilities that I undertaken
- Responsible for overall Project Management of MIS Development, Implementation and Maintenance
- Responsible for effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
- Responsible for negotiation with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Identify resource needs, develop TOR and coordinate with HR for hiring.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES
- Manage project development from beginning to end in coordination with Global MIS Manager and Software Development Manager
- Define project scope, goals and deliverable that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
- Where required, negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Track project milestones and deliverable.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.

- Leading the Development of MIS Reports

- Provided training to the internal and external staff
- Played a major role in successful implementation of MIS system in 9 Countries

J2EE. DB2, Weblogic, Crystal Reports
During the tenure I have handled the classes of Database Management Systems, Advance Database Management Systems, Operating System and Advance Programming in Java. I have also handled the laboratory classes for above subjects along with supervising 2 final year projects.
Software Development using JAVA.
Web Development using HTML, JSP, Flash, Dreamweaver, Photoshop and other tools.
I have earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, with a major in Computer Sciences and have also studied Finance, Management and Social Studies courses.
