-Submit Method of statement to client for repairing job for final approvals.
- Execution of all civil works as per approved drawing and client spec faction.
- Prepare Monthly BOQ (Bill of Quantities) from site with appetence of client representative to Project Management office for further process.
- To arrange required material as per time schedule & managing a range of subcontractors.
- Responsible for planning work and ensuring a contract is delivered on time.
- Attending pre-site & on site meetings with clients & sub-contractors.
- maintains strict quality control procedures.
- Test material & visual inspection of work and frequent tours of site.
- Resolve any problem that could cause delays to the project completion.
- Prepares daily & weekly report and submit to the senior management.
- Ensure daily sub contractor's QA/QC monitoring to enhance quality assurance by sub contractors and promote a proactive and preventive approach to reduce the rework.
- Formulate policies, managed daily operations, and planned the use of materials and human resources.
- Analyzed any construction project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization.
Site Management:
- Ability to co-ordinate, control and monitor all sub-contractors' activities on site.
- Recommending ways of improving the use of staff, materials, equipment and other resources.
- Up to date with the latest developments and technologies in the construction industry.
- Practical construction knowledge and be able to work from drawings.
