• Involved in projects for Oil and Gas clients such as Qatar Energy LNG, Qatar Gas, QAPCO, QAFAC, RLOC, Dolphin, and SHELL, etc. Purchasing and servicing items is the primary focus for the oil and gas field project mentioned above.
• Managing import, export, and local purchases for all supply chain management as Qatar & company standard.
• Provide timely and effective replacement of damaged or missing products.
• Organizing the necessary materials for the shutdown and regular maintenance project as per the schedule.
• Renewing the certificates and calibrating the equipment, lifting items, hoses, pressure gauges, and hydraulic pumps etc.
• Importing and exporting from various countries to fulfill the site's requirements. Preparing and documenting daily deliveries and shipments
• Maintaining an accurate inventory database that includes detailed information on available stock
• Preparing reports and advising management on strategies to reduce cost and improve procedures.
• Ensuring that inventory and warehouse staff follow relevant health and safety regulations
• Recommend new processes or systems for improvement; implement new ideas and strategies
