• HS & Fire:-
o Implementation of EHS Policy, Plan, Procedure, safety rules & regulation at plant.
o Co-ordinate Safety Committee Team through Planning, organising, Directing and controlling risk at the organization.
o Conduct JSA, AIA & HIRA to control over the hazards & risk at the organization.
o Implementation of Emergency Preparedness Plan & Procedure to safety of Employees.
o Plan & Co-ordinate Internal safety Audit to prevent EHS risks at the plant.
o Co-ordinate with HRD for External Safety Audit e.g. ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 Effectively.
o Auditing & inspecting the operation areas to identify the potential EHS Risk and eradicate through proper risk controlling hierarchy.
o Implementation of the Safe system of work at the plant activities.
o To provide HSE & Fire related training to all categories of Employees through planning and organising the training schedule.
o To conduct Accident/Incident investigation with the investigating team.
o To ensure proper Pest control activity and hazard waste/bio medical waste disposal system timely.
o Co-ordinate to comply HSE related compliances to concern departments e.g. Fire service provider, district fire department, SPCB & ESI.
• Security Administration :
o To lead or manage Team leader & Members of Security, Drivers, Pantry, canteen, Housekeeping & Gardeners staff.
o Recruit, train and supervise security admin teams.
o Develop and implement security admin policies, protocols and procedures.
o Manage all security Activities of the organisation to ensure the people, property and Premises. Moreover, maintaining discipline across the plant.
o Manage/co-ordinate Transportation Activity & services as per business need.
o Manage all services of pantry & Canteen to provide best quality foods to the employees by maintaining hygiene and other resources.
o Manage and provide the Good quality food, Drinking Water, First aid, Health wellness facilities to ensure basic needs and health of them employees.
o Co-ordinate with the middle & senior management for all critical Admin related Issues as per organizational need.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Selection of Security Admin Personnel.
* Develop security planning and procedures.
* Maintain all Security data and records e.g. material inward/outward, visitors in/out vehicle in/out.
* Plan and maintain smooth access control.
* Inventory of security admin related equipments and materials.
* Submission of Security Admin MIS as per requirement.
* Daily Plant Inspection for the safety, security issue and co-ordinate with the relevant departments to resolve.
* Safety team co-ordinator.
* Plan safety meeting, safety Audit and conduct with team members.
* Fire Safety & security Training and awareness.
* Planning for cleaning activities and assign tasks to HK supervisor.
* Assistant to Main controller for Emergency drill.
* Indoor/outdoor Training and demonstration of Fire safety.
* Adherence of Personnel policies of the management.
* procurement of first aid items and update its records of each locations of facility.
* investigate and maintain records of all incident/accident of the plant.
* Participation for improvement Activities to achieve goals and objectives of the business.
* Safety security and 5s inspection of the plant and resolve through co-ordinate with relevant departments.
* Ensure Gardening and assign tasks to gardner.
* Monitoring CCTV and identify the issues related to safety and Security.
