• Ensure the clear communication of the company’s vision, mission, values and Goals.
• Lead a team of QC Inspectors in a project in their daily activities and coordinate closely with clients Inspection team to ensure all activities are inspected and witnessed.
• Preparing civil method statement, material submittals, ITP for consultant approval.
• Supporting and promoting all QHSE policies and procedures implemented by the company
• Reviewing sub-contractors submittals before submission to consultant.
• Attend weekly progress and monthly QA/QC meeting.
• Coordinating for internal quality audit & Closing the NCR's in co-ordination with QA/QC Manager
• Assisting external auditors for efficient audit designs.
• Report to the QA/QC Manager, control and monitor all activities related to Quality Management System (QMS).
• Liaised and resolved the technical issues of Civil and Architectural works which affect other discipline.
• Prepare Daily progress, weekly progress reports in coordination with the project Engineer and time keeper.
• Maintaining all QA and QC documents.
• Monitoring the status of instrument calibration and keep all instruments calibrated either internally or externally.
• To assist and coordinate with QS and Planning Engineers for updating site construction progress.
• Responsible for the preparation of final hand over documentation package to client.
• Support Quality Manager with quality and continuous improvement initiatives.

Projects
•Quantities take off at post tender stages and highlighting the variations from the pre tender quantities.
•Cary out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensures activity at site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan.
•Preparing Interim and Final account Measurement.
•Coordinate with the consultant’s representative and Site In- charge for inspection and meeting about quality problems including closure of Non-Compliance Report.
•Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents.
•Prepare Monthly Application for Payment (Invoice) to Client for approval.
•Prepare weekly and monthly report to be submitted to client.
•Preparation of monthly cost report and submission to Senior Management.
•Maintenance of cost information
•Assisting Supply chain, manpower schedules, procurement control log.
•Bill certification for the work done by the sub-contractors, project accrual report preparation (Weekly & Monthly)
•Following up the concreting works in a presence of the Engineer or Consultant, slump test and cubes preparation for the compressive test.
•Maintain standards of safety and comply with Company’s Health, Safety and Environment Management System requirements.
