I am working as group IT Manager (2 Medical Centers, 1 Trading & Contracting company, 1 Transport Company and one Big Factory. I have designed and implemented all IT related things for above companies from the scratch including purchasing and hiring of IT staffs.
Installation, Administration & Management of Dell & HP Servers (Windows 2003, 2008, 2012 & 2016), Cisco & HP Switches, Dell PowerVault Tape Drive, SonicWall Firewall, IP Camera Systems, Avaya & Alcatel IP Telephone System, Access Control Systems, Symantec Backup Excec, Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business Advanced, Bitdefender Enterprise Security Solutions, Trend Micro Worry-Free Business Security and Oracle Hospital Management System. Office 365, Developing and designing web site in English and Arabic. Also managing all IT related works including Medical Equipments like Ultrasound and Digital Xray Machines.
I have helped more than 30 companies in Qatar in designing and implementing IT policies & procedures. Helped the clients in network and security planning and implementation, purchasing appropriate products with minimal cost and hiring qualified IT staffs.
Microsoft Technical Support Engineer. Was working for Microsoft North American customers. Providing technical solutions related to Microsoft products.
Providing training for students on Hardware (A+), Networking (CCNA) (N+), Windows Server (MCSE) and Linux (RHCE).
Was working as System and Network Administrator. Managing Windows 2000 and NT domain.

I have done my graduation in commerce (B Com). After that I did diploma in Computer Engineering. I have also done a networking (PC+) course, which includes A+, N+, MCSE, CCNA and RHCE from Indian Institute of Hardware Technology, Bangalore. I am also a MCSA and CCNA certified professional. I have work experience in IT Management, System Administration,Technical Support and Training. I had worked more than three years for Microsoft (North America) as a Technical Support Engineer.
