Managed all the construction activities for the new plant start-up in Saudi Arabia. Major role in the installation, pre-commissioning, and commissioning of Compounding, Rubber, Recycling, Washing, Milling plants, and Utilities.
• Implement Maintenance Integrated work system - Covering Tools and facilities system, Equipment Ranking System, List preparation, Planning, and Scheduling - AM and PM support system, Lubrication system, Countermeasures to breakdown system, Maintenance Cost System, Parts and supplies Control system, Management Information system, Prepared Equipment Logs, Maintenance standards and Procedure system, Shutdown Maintenance System, Predictive Maintenance System.
• Developing maintenance master plan, maintenance procedures, work instructions, TBM creation and training the people, RCA, follow up of the checklists, action plans, etc.
• Budget calculation for the maintenance department.
• Fire & Safety, health handling for the plant. Handling Fire alarm management and FM200 system.
• Utilities Management (External and Internal)- Chillers, Compressors, Donaldson fresh air system, Industrial waste management system, Potable and Firewater system, and HVAC units.
• Managing the IT network system of the plant. Coordinating and standardizing the plant network and IT facility.
• Managing the Safety department of the plant. External inspection management. Internal equipment
Play a vital role as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer while dealing with all the maintenance activities within plant. Succeed the optimum plant availability/quality for production by leveraging effective maintenance strategies with minimum maintenance cost. Develop preventive maintenance programs, study equipment troubleshooting to ensure the maintenance quality standards. Advance corrective modifications to electrical equipment and control systems.
• Coordinated methodologies with decision making authorities, gaining 10% increase in productivity & quality.
• Executed modifications and automation on machines resulting in the 7% waste reduction on each machines.
• Delivered services as core member and introduced a new way of spare parts inventory achieving 99% success.
• Proactively led the team by completing and commissioning three plastic lines within a month; reutilised scrap parts with increased efficiency assisting to reduce spare part consumption and eliminate dead-stock issue.
Tested electrical and electronic equipment and components for continuity, current,
voltage and resistance.
